Tryout Skills Camp is designed for athletes who want to feel confident and prepared heading into cheer season.
This camp is ideal for:
• Cheerleaders preparing for fall tryouts
• Athletes planning to join a Half-Year team
• Current athletes who want to polish and improve their skills
Throughout the week, athletes will train in a focused, high-rep environment with an emphasis on technique, confidence, and performance.
Athletes will work on:
• Jumps, motions, and overall performance quality
• Tumbling fundamentals and skill progression
• Stunting technique and body control
• Conditioning, strength, and flexibility
• Confidence and execution under pressure
Athletes will also participate in a mock tryout with coach feedback, helping them understand what judges and coaches are looking for and where they can improve. Athletes should be ready to work, take corrections, and push their skills to the next level.
