Conditioning Supplemental Class
This class is designed to build your strength, agility, and endurance, which are essential for every cheerleader. Our coaches will guide you through dynamic workouts that are specifically chosen to reduce risk of injury, and increase athletic ability. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned cheerleader, our Conditioning Class is tailored to meet your individual needs, helping you build the power and strength required to excel in the world of cheerleading.

Stretch Supplemental Class
This class focuses on increasing flexibility and improving range of motion. Coaches will lead athletes through active stretching exercises that not only lengthen but also strengthen the muscles simultaneously. This combination sets up athletes to have a healthy life, in and out of the gym.

Jump Supplemental Class
A coach will guide athletes through a variety of drills and exercises that are designed to improve their jumps. Through a mixture of strength training and active stretching, athletes will increase the height of their jumps, while also gaining better control of their body while in the air.
